Mark has played piano since childhood. Today, he runs the business with his wife Julie, who looks after customer enquiries.

We’ve been delivering reconditioned Yamaha pianos nationwide since 2002. Piano Stork is part of Mark Goodwin Pianos, with showrooms in Royton, Manchester and Battersea, London, available by appointment.

You can choose from home and speak to us before deciding. Ask about the individual piano, its condition, delivery access or the cover that comes with it.

Can I order without visiting a showroom?

Yes. Browse the pianos here and call 0161 213 9402 to discuss your choice and place an order. This page lets you browse the stock; payment isn’t taken on the website.

What if I change my mind?

You have 14 days to change your mind, with free collection and a full refund. Before ordering, ask us for the full return terms and confirmation of when the 14-day period begins.

What is included in delivery?

Free ground floor delivery anywhere in the UK is included. Tell us your postcode and about any steps, stairs, narrow doors or difficult access so we can confirm the arrangements and any additional costs before you order.

Can you deliver next week?

Call with your piano choice, postcode and access details to confirm an available delivery date before placing your order.

What warranty and tuning come with the piano?

The piano comes with a lifetime warranty for as long as you own it, plus a free first tuning once it has settled in. Ask us for the full warranty terms, including coverage and exclusions, and how to arrange your tuning.

How can I learn more about an individual piano?

Use the email link on its listing to ask about its condition and preparation, or request more photographs and ask whether a playing video is available. The model, year and price will be included in your enquiry.
